Customer Care Executive

Location: Mohali / Chandigarh
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/software.

• Follow up with customers when required.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills.

• Active listening and problem-solving ability.

• Basic MS Office and computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in a team.
