Manage inbound customer calls related to general insurance queries, policies, claims, and service requests.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
Assist customers with claim queries, policy details, renewals, endorsements, and related support.
Maintain updated customer records and ensure correct documentation.
Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with internal departments for quick resolution of customer concerns.
Meet daily call handling productivity and quality KPIs.
Minimum experience in the General Insurance (GI) industry (mandatory).
Good experience in handling inbound customer calls.
Multilingual – Tamil preferred; Hindi/English/other Indian languages are a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to work on CRM/insurance systems.
Customer-centric approach and ability to multitask.
