Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
  

Eligibility.

• Minimum qualification: PUC/12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in a BPO or customer support voice process is an added advantage.
