Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Job Location: Gopalan, Bengaluru

Job Role: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.

- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

- Meet productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Undergraduate.

- Good communication skills in English and any two regional languages.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (50% Freshers / 50% Experienced).

- Customer-focused with good listening and problem-solving skills.

- Willing to work in shifts as per business requirements.

Salary & Benefits

- CTC: ₹23,000 per month

- Take Home Salary: Approximately ₹22,500 per month
