About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives . This role involves assisting customers by handling their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Record customer interactions and update system records accurately.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Follow company policies and quality standards during every customer interaction.
Eligibility
Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are welcome.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English are required.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
