Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Job Summary

BPO Convergence Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Care Executives for Tamil and Malayalam voice processes. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Record customer interactions in the system.

• Follow company policies and process guidelines.

• Meet quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18 to 30 years

• Education: 12th Pass, Graduate, or Postgraduate

• Experience: 0 to 5 years

• Languages Required:

• English + Tamil (Tamil Process)

• English + Malayalam (Malayalam Process)

Required Skills

• Fluent communication in Tamil or Malayalam

• Good verbal communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Active listening skills

• Flexibility to work in shifts

Preferred Skills

• Previous BPO or Customer Service experience

• Call handling skills

• Multitasking ability

• Basic sales knowledge

Shift Details

• General Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Rotational shifts based on process requirements

• Female candidates: Morning shifts

• Male candidates: Evening shifts

• Weekly Off: Rotational

Salary

• Tamil Process: ₹15,000 – ₹18,500 Take-Home Salary

• Malayalam Process: ₹16,500 – ₹18,500 Take-Home Salary

• Salary mentioned is without ESI & PF deductions.

• Days: Monday to Saturday

• Time: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
