🎓 Qualification: Graduate – Fresher/Experienced
🗣️ Communication: Excellent (Versant 5 mandatory)
🕐 Shift: Rotational between 8 AM – 10 PM
📅 Week Off: Rotational
💰 Salary:
• Fresher – ₹18,000 in-hand | up to ₹23,000 CTC
• Experienced – ₹22,000 in-hand | ₹27,000 CTC
🔹 2. Outbound – Lead Generation (DBS Bank)
🎓 Qualification: Graduate – Fresher/Experienced
🗣️ Communication: Excellent (Versant 5 mandatory)
🕒 Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM OR 10 AM – 7 PM
💰 Salary:
• Fresher – ₹18,000 in-hand | up to ₹23,000 CTC
• Experienced – ₹22,000 in-hand | ₹27,000 CTC
🔹 1. Vodafone – Social Media Process
💬 80% Chat | 📞 20% Voice
🕐 Shift: 7 AM – 4 PM / 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
📅 Week Off: 1 Rotational
🎓 Qualification: Graduate + 1 year BPO exp (on paper)
📍 Age Limit: Up to 35 years
💰 Salary: ₹18,500 in-hand | ₹23,055 CTC
🌃 Benefits: ₹3,000 Night Allowance + Home Drop (Night Shift)
✅ Selection: AMCAT → HR → Ops → PMAP (1 Attempt Only)
🔹 2. Vodafone – Retention (VSD Focus)
🗣️ Languages: English / Gujarati
🎓 Qualification: HSC / Graduate
📈 Experience: Minimum 6 months
🕒 Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM OR 10 AM – 7 PM
📅 Week Off: 1 Rotational
💰 Salary:
• Regular – ₹20,500 in-hand | ₹22,000 CTC
• Gujarati – ₹24,000 in-hand | ₹25,000 CTC
