Job Title: International Chat Process Executive (Night Shift)

Location: Noida, Sector 62
Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: 5 days working with rotational week off

Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for the International Chat Process. The role involves handling customer queries through chat and providing prompt and accurate solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat in a professional manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Maintain proper communication and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Maintain records of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

Good written communication skills in English
Undergraduate/Graduate candidates can apply
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Basic computer knowledge is required
