Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | Rotational Shifts
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
Meet performance targets related to call handling, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns
🔹 Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th / 12th / Graduate
Experience: 1–2 years in Customer Support / BPO (Voice process)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts with 5 days working
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
