Customer Support Executive

Location: Noida – Sector 6 & Sector 127
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18500per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Qualification: Graduate
Cab Facility: Available for Sector 127

Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Support Executives with excellent communication skills to join our team in Noida. The candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and update relevant information.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

• Follow company policies and customer service guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Fluent English communication is mandatory.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-focused attitude and professional behavior.

• Bengali and Odia language skills will be an added advantage.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
