Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling clients, resolving queries, upselling services, and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with customers.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, support) to ensure timely service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and data.

• Assist in customer onboarding, documentation, and account management.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.

• Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, client handling, or relationship management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
