NVS Travel Solutions caters to over 30+ schools and corporations which include thousands of employees and parents resulting in over 20000+ users. Our application is also used by over 1000+ blue-collar stakeholders like site supervisors, drivers, and attenders. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skill to support our operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring day to day operations of site
1. Vehicle Tracking and Incident Communication to Management, Client & commuters/ guardians
Real-time system updates
1. driver/ attender/ vehicle change
2. Any changes/modification to routes/ child/ commuter using transport
Regular System Updates
1. Trip Scheduling
2. New Employee/ Vehicle induction (including GPS, & Camera)
3. Upkeep of vehicle (including GPS, & Camera) & employee statutory
Reporting & Analysis
1. Log in - Log out reports
2. Attendance reports
3. Breakdown reports
4. Mileage reports
5. Diesel filling reports
6. Maintenance Escalations
7. Checklist
8. Verification of Trips undertaken by Drivers
9. Ground team performance report

Must-have skills: Excel, Good oral and written communication skills in English and Kannada
