This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
Provide travel-related information and assist with booking packages, flights, hotels, etc.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
