Job Role: Customer Care Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
• Resolving customer query quickly and efficiently.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Skills Required: -
Education: Intermediate/ Graduates
Experience: Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
Languages: Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Shift & Work Schedule
Working Hours: Any 9 hours
Shift Type: Rotational Shifts
Week Off: Day, Rotational week offs
Girls: Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Rotational)
Salary & Benefits
Take Home Salary: In between ₹10,500 to ₹15,500/- (IN- HAND)
