We are looking for energetic and communication-driven individuals to join our domestic operations in Noida. We have multiple openings ranging from Customer Service
Key Responsibilities
Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats to assist customers with service inquiries, product information, or order status.
Sales & Lead Gen: Promote premium products/services, generate leads, and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information regarding prescriptions, bank accounts, or service requests.
Documentation: Maintain call logs and update customer records accurately in the CRM.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Undergraduate (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Freshers are welcome! (Preference for candidates with 0–6 months of BPO experience).
Language: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory (Versant Level 3/4 equivalent).
Skills: Basic computer knowledge, active listening, and a customer-first attitude.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Take-Home: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on experience and education).
