SGK Business Support Services is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle client inquiries, provide timely support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or support systems

• Provide accurate information about services, processes, and timelines

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions

• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved

• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Employment Terms & Benefits

• Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week

• Probation Period: 3 months

• Holidays: UK Bank Holidays only

• Salary Increment: Yearly performance-based increment

• Performance Review: Annual appraisal based on KPIs and service quality
