Role: Customer Care Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain high-quality service standards and professionalism in communication.
Manage queries across multiple languages effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome (incentives based on experience and interview performance)
Languages: Must be able to speak and write in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred
