We are hiring Customer Care Executives (CCE – Inbound Process) for a leading domestic telecom process. If you have good communication skills and are looking for a stable opportunity in Indore, apply now! 🚀

🔹 Position Details:

Role: Customer Care Executive (Inbound)

Working Days: 5 or 6 days working

Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Flexibility required)

Week Offs: Rotational Week Offs

Training: 7 Days (Unpaid)

Salary: ₹10,000-15,000

Immediate Joiners Preferred

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Undergraduate and Graduate Both

Fresher & Experienced both can apply

Average communication skills (Hindi & English)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries professionally

Provide accurate information about services & plans

Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain call records and follow company guidelines

Upsell/cross-sell services when required

🔹 Skills Required:

✔️ Good verbal communication

✔️ Basic computer knowledge

✔️ Ability to work in rotational shifts
