Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Panjim & Margao

Salary: 20,000 CTC

transportation for locals and tourists. It is an initiative supported by the Goa Tourism Development

Corporation (GTDC), aimed at empowering local taxi operators through technology. With features

like transparent pricing, GPS tracking, and 24/7 service, GOAMILES ensures a comfortable travel

experience across Goa.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

Handling and resolving customer queries through calling or chats process.
Managing online bookings and app-related assistance
Providing prompt and effective support to customers
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Freshers can apply
Good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the local language is mandatory

Shift Timings (Rotational – All shifts are compulsory):

Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift 3: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

(Shifts will change on a weekly basis)
