Full job description
Job Title: Hindi Customer Care Executive
Location: Sector 73, Mohali, Punjab
Salary: Rs. 11,000 to Rs. 14,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 days per week
Shift: Day shift, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Hindi Customer Care Executives in Sector 73, Mohali. Candidates with good Hindi communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and respond to queries in Hindi.
Provide accurate information and assist customers with their concerns.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Ensure a positive customer service experience.
Requirements
Good Hindi-speaking skills.
Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Ability to work six days a week.
Candidates must arrange their own transportation to the office.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly salary up to Rs. 11,000 to Rs. 14,000.
PF deduction of approximately Rs. 1,500 to Rs. 2,000, subject to applicable rules and salary structure.
Fixed day shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
