Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing timely assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure closure within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department or manager.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and established processes.
Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the concerned team.
Handle multiple customer requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
