About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Coordinate with internal teams for faster issue resolution.
Ensure timely follow-up on open requests.
Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, FCR, AHT, and respons
Requirements:
12th Pass / Graduate (Any discipline).
Prior experience in customer support or call center preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
