Core Roles and Responsibilities
Database Management
Maintain clean and accurate customer records by updating contact and account details.
Remove duplicate files and merge stale entries to keep the database healthy.
Log interactions like emails, support tickets, and phone calls into the system.
Ensure data safety standards and compliance rules are met.
Reporting and Analysis
Create dashboards inside the CRM software to track pipeline health.
Share recurring reports with sales, marketing, and company leaders.
Track conversion rates and flag sudden drops or anomalies.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with the sales team to ensure leads receive fast follow-ups.
Coordinate with the marketing department on active promotional campaigns.
Partner with customer support to log and resolve user complaints smoothly
