Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join Cell Point India Limited as Customer Care Executives. The candidate will assist customers, explain mobile phones and accessories, resolve customer queries, and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

• Explain mobile phones, accessories, offers, and product features.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Provide information about prices, warranties, exchange offers, and available schemes.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer service and sales.

• Maintain good customer relationships and support store sales targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Customer-friendly attitude and a positive approach.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories.

• Ability to handle customer questions and complaints patiently.
