Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The role involves handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service.

• Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th and Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule

• Male candidates: Rotational shifts.

• Female candidates: Fixed shifts.

Salary

• ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month
