Job Summary
The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with banking-related queries, ensuring professional and efficient customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and register complaints.
Provide end-to-end resolution and ensure First Time Right (FTR).
Stay updated on banking products and procedures.
Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Eligibility
Education: Min 12th Passed or any 3 years Diploma after 10th and above can apply.
Technical Skills: MS Office, Typing (15 WPM with 85% accuracy)
Specific Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer focus.
Working Conditions
Working Days: 6 days/week (1 rotational week off)
Work Duration: 9 hours (inclusive of breaks)
Shift Timings:
Male: 24x7 rotational shifts
Female: 6 AM to 6 PM
