Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our BPO team. The selected candidates will handle customer calls, understand their requirements, provide accurate information, and ensure a good customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.

• Understand and resolve customer queries.

• Provide accurate information about products/services.

• Maintain proper communication and call etiquette.

• Record customer details and call information.

• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining service quality.

• Achieve process-related performance targets.

Language Requirements

• Tamil: 40 Openings

• Malayalam: 25 Openings

• Hindi & Telugu: Openings available

English + relevant regional language fluency required.

Salary

• Tamil Process: ₹15,000 – ₹18,500 Take-Home

• Malayalam Process: ₹16,500 – ₹18,500 Take-Home

• Hindi & Telugu Process: ₹12,500 Take-Home

• ESI & PF not included/deducted as per the provided salary structure.

Shift Details

• General Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Rotational shifts may be applicable based on process requirements.

• Female candidates: Morning shifts

• Male candidates: Evening shifts

• Weekly Off: Rotational

Required Skills

• Fluency in the required regional language.

• Good communication and listening skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle customer calls.

• Flexibility to work in assigned shifts.

• Multitasking and problem-solving ability.

Interview Details

Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
