Digital Officer – Job Description

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹16,500/- per month

CTC: ₹23,000/- per month

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year

Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and requests related to digital banking/services.

- Assist customers with digital channels such as mobile banking, internet banking and online services.

- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure as per TAT.

- Provide accurate information and maintain a high level of customer service.

- Promote and educate customers about available digital products and services.

- Coordinate with internal/IT teams for technical or service-related issues.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests and complaints.

- Identify recurring issues and support process improvements.

- Meet defined quality, productivity and customer-service targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English/Hindi.

- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

- Customer-service orientation.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Graduation in any discipline.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with customer service, banking operations or back-office experience will be preferred.

Salary & Location

Monthly Salary: ₹16,500/-

CTC: ₹23,000/-
