Concentrix is hiring Customer Support Executives for its International Voice Process in Bhubaneswar. The role involves handling customer queries through voice calls, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while following company processes and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently

- Work in rotational shifts as required
Requirements
- Medium to fluent English communication skills
