We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Altruist Technologies Private Limited (axis Bank Process). The role offers ₹17,500 - ₹18,500 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.
Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.
Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates. 👍It’s inbound process

Job Requirment

📚Qualification- Graduation

Note 12th accepted with Experience minimum 6 months in calling

🚙Shuttle service available For Okhla station, Noida 37 , city centre, Noida 52 metro station , 59 metro pickup and drop free

🥰6 days working but every month we will provide you EL and PL

🏦There have chance for direct axis bank payroll according performance base

Salary

Fresher - 17500

Experience- 18500

💰Incentive

minimum 10k every month for upselling

Upto 4k service reward every month from company side
