We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Airtel DTH Inbound Process. The role involves handling incoming customer calls and providing support related to Airtel DTH services.

Responsibilities

• Attend inbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries related to DTH services, recharge, plans, and account information.

• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Update customer records in the system.

• 12th Pass / Graduate.
