Customer Support Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months (BPO/Customer Support)
Job Overview:
We are looking for customer-focused and confident individuals with prior BPO experience to handle voice, chat, and email support. The role involves interacting with customers, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via voice.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions
Follow defined processes and quality guidelines
Achieve individual and team performance targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO (Voice/Chat/Email support)
Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Details:
