Process: Customer Service – Blended Process
Work Mix: 70% Calling | 30% Chat
Location: Noida Sector 63
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
Manage 70% voice/calling interactions with customers.
Handle 30% chat interactions through online chat support.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a professional and positive communication style.
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.
Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Candidate Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable handling both voice and chat support.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Customer-service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
