Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads for appointments.
Make outbound follow-up calls to potential clients.
Maintain daily appointment schedule, rescheduling and confirming client visits.
Provide accurate information about slimming treatments and services.
Update client records in the CRM system.
Ensure a high level of customer service and support.
Coordinate with Front Office and Slimming Consultants for smooth operations.
Meet daily/weekly targets for appointments and follow-ups.
Minimum years experience in tele calling / customer service / appointment booking.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle clients professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling (training will be provided).
Fluency in communication is mandatory.
