We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, achieving targets, and building long-term customer relationships.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
Identify and acquire new customers and distribution channels.
Manage key accounts including cafés, restaurants, hotels, distributors, and retail partners.
Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding payments.
Represent the company at client meetings, trade events, and exhibitions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in food, FMCG, café, frozen food, or hospitality industries.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
Experience in HORECA, modern trade, or distributor management.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
