Communicate fluently with customers in Hindi and English to maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly & professionally.
Update all customer interactions, follow-ups, and service requests in the CRM software.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned departments for improvement.
Conduct follow-up calls, feedback calls, and engagement calls to improve customer retention.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
Analyze customer data and prepare reports (Satisfaction Reports, Feedback Trends, Closure Reports).
Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities and assist the sales team.
Manage the customer onboarding process and explain company services clearly.
Fluency in Hindi & English (Mandatory)
