CRM Calling Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Calling with a healthcare/clinical background to manage patient communication, follow-ups, appointments, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients professionally.

• Follow up with leads, existing patients, and enquiries.

• Explain clinic services, procedures, and appointment details clearly.

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update patient records/CRM.

• Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team regarding patient requirements.

• Build strong relationships with patients and ensure a positive experience.

• Follow up with patients after consultations/procedures when required.

• Support lead conversion and improve patient retention.

Requirements

• Healthcare/clinical/hospital background is mandatory.

• 1–4 years of experience in CRM, patient coordination, telecalling, front office, or similar healthcare roles.

• Fluent English communication is preferred.

• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Professional, polite, and patient-focused approach.

• Comfortable handling regular calls and follow-ups.

• Basic computer and CRM skills.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
