💼 Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries efficiently

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams

• Meet quality and productivity targets

• Follow company policies and customer service guidelines

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (Inbound Calling) is mandatory

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night and graveyard shifts

• Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days’ notice are preferred
