• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
• Meet quality and productivity targets
• Follow company policies and customer service guidelines

• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night and graveyard shifts
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days’ notice are preferred
