Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Control Tower Executive to manage service requests, coordinate with service partners, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incoming service requests in real-time
Assign jobs to service professionals based on availability and location
Coordinate with service partners to ensure timely job completion
Track job status and provide regular updates to customers
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
Ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Work closely with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements
Any graduate (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in English (additional languages like Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Strong coordination and multitasking ability
Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
Preferred Experience
0–2 years in BPO, customer support, or operations role
Experience in service-based or marketplace platforms is an advantage
