💰 Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (Interview & experience based)

🕒 Job Type: Full-time

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Customer tracing & outstanding payment recovery

• Telephonic follow-ups with customers

• Follow DRA guidelines & company recovery process

• Maintain daily reports and updates

✅ Eligibility Criteria

✔ Experience in recovery & collection tracing preferred

✔️ Qualifications - Minimum 10th pass

✔️ Experience - 0 months to 5 years

✔️ Age - 18 to 30

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th and 0.6 - 5 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
