• Handle inbound queries from customers related to loan outstanding, interest calculations, and repayment schedules and Gold Loan renewals.
• Educate customers on principal and interest components, and outstanding dues and renewal timelines.
Ensure all loans are renewed before loan turning into NPA bucket
Ensure NO loans turn into auction buckets.
• Negotiate repayment and loan renewals with customers in a professional and compliant manner.
