Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and minimum 1 year experience in same field. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, collection due amount from customers, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 Working Days during the shift.
