Job Title: Tele-Collection Executive

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)

About the Role
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Tele-Collection Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with customers over phone calls to facilitate timely repayments, resolve payment-related concerns, and ensure a professional and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Compensation
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
• Performance Incentives: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Eligibility
• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Graduates Preferred)
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to work from the office in Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru.

• Tamil

Key Responsibilities
1. Contact customers through outbound voice calls to remind them of overdue payments and encourage timely repayment.
2. Negotiate suitable payment arrangements while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and customer-centric approach.

3. Accurately document customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up actions in the company's CRM or collection system.
4. Achieve assigned collection targets while adhering to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
5. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
