Salary:
Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC
Experienced: ₹30,000 CTC
Shift: Night Shift – 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Semi-Voice Process. The role involves communicating with international clients/facilities through phone and email, following up on pending requests, collecting required records and updating information in CRM systems.
Responsibilities
Contact facilities through phone and email to obtain records and bills.
Follow up on pending requests and maintain proper status updates.
Send requests through email, fax and other available channels.
Update CRM systems with accurate information.
Handle calls professionally and politely.
Understand and respond to emails appropriately.
Maintain good communication with international clients/facilities.
Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.
Requirements
Good English communication skills – verbal and written.
Good email drafting and comprehension skills.
Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
Basic knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Freshers can apply.
Work experience is required for undergraduate candidates.
