📝 Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and target-oriented Loan Collection Executive to join our collections team. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding overdue loan payments, resolving payment-related concerns, and achieving assigned collection targets while maintaining professional communication and company standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through authorized channels regarding overdue EMIs and outstanding loan amounts.

• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely payment.

• Understand customers' payment-related concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

• Handle repayment commitments and follow up on promised payment dates.

• Coordinate with customers regarding approved settlement and loan closure offers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer communication, payment commitments, and collection status.

• Update daily collection activities and case status in the company's system/MIS.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment verification and account closure.

• Handle customer queries related to EMIs, outstanding amounts, settlements, payments, and NOC/loan closure.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Escalate unresolved cases to senior management when required.

• Ensure all customer interactions are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable guidelines.

🎯 Performance & Incentives

The position offers a performance-based incentive of up to ₹5,000 per month in addition to the fixed salary.

Incentives may be linked to:

• Monthly collection achievement

• Recovery performance

• Target achievement

• Successful case resolution

• Quality and consistency of follow-ups

👤 Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in loan collection, telecalling, banking, NBFC, fintech, or financial services preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English.

• Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

• Ability to handle challenging customer conversations professionally.

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a target-based environment.

💰 Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Salary and incentives will depend on experience, skills, and monthly performance.
