📝 Job Overview

We are looking for motivated, responsible, and target-oriented Loan Collection Executives to join our Collection / Recovery team. The selected candidates will follow up with customers regarding overdue EMIs, address payment-related concerns, coordinate loan closure and settlement offers, and achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining professional communication.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through authorized channels regarding overdue EMIs and outstanding loan amounts.

• Follow up on payment commitments and promised payment dates.

• Understand customers’ concerns and provide appropriate payment-related guidance.

• Coordinate approved loan settlement and closure offers.

• Maintain accurate customer communication records and collection status.

• Update daily collection activities in the company’s MIS/system.

• Coordinate with internal teams for payment verification, loan closure, and NOC processing.

• Resolve customer queries related to EMIs, payments, outstanding amounts, and settlements.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Escalate unresolved cases to senior management when required.

• Follow company policies and applicable guidelines during all customer interactions.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in loan collection, telecalling, banking, NBFC, fintech, or financial services preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to communicate in Hindi and English.

• Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

• Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000.

• Performance-based incentives of up to ₹5,000 per month.

• Total earning potential of up to ₹30,000 per month.
