Role Summary

Join CMSAE’s high-performance Collections Team supporting leading UAE Telecom clients. As a Collections Executive, you’ll connect with customers to recover outstanding dues, negotiate payment arrangements

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UAE customers regarding overdue telecom bills.

• Negotiate payment commitments and handle settlement discussions.

• Update CRM records accurately with call outcomes and customer details.

• Adhere to client compliance, process scripts, and data protection norms.

• Achieve collection and contact rate monthly targets.

• Maintain courteous and professional communication at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass, Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

• 6 months–3 years of experience in International Voice / Collections / BPO preferred.

• Good English and Hindi both languages communication skills (verbal & listening).

• Target-oriented with strong negotiation and persuasion ability.

• Basic computer and CRM navigation skills.
