### About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Debt Collector to join our night shift team at Alldigi Tech Ltd. If you have a strong background in US debt recovery, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset — we’d love to hear from you.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact customers to collect outstanding dues via phone, email, or other channels.

• Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policies.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, agreements, and follow-ups.

• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and company protocols.

• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team collection targets.

### What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in US debt collection.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Proficiency in English (regional language skills are a plus).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools or collection systems is advantageous.
