Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and explain Safari Adventure Park packages.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Generate new leads through creative ideas and online platforms.
Communicate professionally via WhatsApp, Email, and Phone.
Maintain customer records and ensure timely responses.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Smart, confident, and customer-focused.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new leads.
Prior experience in sales or client servicing will be an added advantage.
