Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated CRM Executive to manage client interactions, follow-ups, queries, and escalations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking client concerns, and ensuring timely resolution for a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate project handovers and ensure a smooth client experience.

 Communicate with clients, handle queries, and maintain strong relationships.

 Conduct post-handover follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

 Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns and service requests.

 Manage post-handover support, including warranty and service requirements.

 Maintain accurate CRM records, client feedback, complaints, and resolutions.

 Follow up with clients to encourage referrals and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.

 Professional, confident, and client-friendly approach.

 Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to handle client escalations calmly and effectively.

 Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace.

 Experience in interiors, real estate, or client servicing is an advantage.
